How far in advance should I book my rentals?

We recommend booking your rentals at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

Do you offer delivery and setup services?

Yes, we offer delivery and setup services for all our rental items.

What is your cancellation policy?

To secure your reservation with Flowers' Party Rentals, a non-refundable deposit of $75 is required at the time of booking. This deposit ensures that the requested rental items and services are reserved specifically for your event.

Cancellation Terms:

  • In the event of a cancellation, the non-refundable deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.

  • If the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the scheduled event, you will forfeit the deposit as compensation for the time and resources reserved for your event.

  • If a cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the event, we may apply the deposit toward a future rental, provided the new booking is within 6 months.

Rescheduling:

  • In the event that you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. Any rescheduling request must be made at least 48 hours days prior to your original event date. The deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date.
